Career Preparation
Regardless of your intended career choice, DECA can help prepare you for your future. This student-led organization is a great place to cultivate your leadership skills. Participation in competitive events helps students understand the business world and develop career skills and self-confidence.
Competition
If you're interested in competition, DECA offers many types of competitive events. Choose from spontaneous role plays, prepared presentations, written reports, online events and team events.
Scholarships
DECA’s scholarship program provides over $200,000 in scholarships to high school and college DECA members at the International Career Development Conference (ICDC) each year. Many corporate partners of DECA provide scholarships through the DECA scholarship program. DECA Inc. administers the program based on guidelines set by the donor.
